Jan Gerhardus Joubert is the founder and Managing Director of Joubert Scholtz Attorneys, a firm he established in 1986. With nearly four decades of experience in the legal profession, he has built a respected legal practice known for its professionalism, reliability, and commitment to client service.

Mr Joubert holds a B Proc degree and is an admitted Conveyancer, Appraiser, and Commissioner for the Small Claims Court. He leads the firm’s conveyancing department and is widely experienced in property-related matters and real estate transactions.

Throughout his career, Mr Joubert has played a pivotal role in developing Joubert Scholtz Attorneys into a multidisciplinary legal practice serving both individuals and corporate clients. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded its capabilities across several areas of law, including conveyancing, litigation, estate administration, foreclosure matters, and debt recovery.
