Petricia Serfontein is a Senior Associate at Joubert Scholtz Attorneys and an experienced practitioner in the firm’s property law and conveyancing department. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in April 2002, followed by her Right of Appearance in the High Court in March 2004, and completed her Master of Laws (LLM) in April 2004.

She was admitted as a Conveyancer in January 2005 and as a Notary Public in March 2006. Petricia has substantial experience in Deeds Office practice and plays an integral role in the registration and finalisation of property-related transactions.

Her work includes attending to the registration of property transfers, mortgage bonds, and bond cancellations, ensuring that each matter is processed with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
